I work with universities to enhance HE pedagogy and curriculum, teaching & learning enhancement and academic development.

My starting point is to ensure all students have access to a high quality inclusive learning experience whilst at university.

I am a Principal Fellow of the HEA, and an external assessor for several university UKPSF Schemes.

I am a Senior Fellow of SEDA and the course leader for the online SEDA Supporting and Leading Educational Change programme, which confers SEDA Fellowship to successful participants.

I have been working with the University Alliance, leading their Teaching Excellence Alliance programme, developing CPD and networking activity and resources including the SEDA Award-winning SANDPIT with Graham Holden.
